How to insert a signature into a Google Doc with Flex Input

Flex Input is the easiest way to get your content from where it is to where you need it to be. The Google Workspace extension offers the easiest way to add a signature image to a Google Doc. Here's how:
1. Install the Flex Input Google Workspace extension from the Google Workspace Add-on Marketplace.
2. Open a Google Doc, and select the Insert Signature menu option from the Extensions menu.

3. Using your mouse, trackpad or pen, draw the signature you'd like on the signature pad (1). You can adjust the color of the pen and the background using the color pickers. Once you're done you can click the Insert button (2) to insert the image into the doc.

4. As an alternative, you can click the Write tab to enter a name and use a handwriting font. You can select the font from a list of fonts, adjust the color of the pen and control the size of the text.

Once Insert is clicked, the signature image will be saved into the document at the current cursor position.
